Cancellation Policy

Cancelation Policy - just a reminder: we have a 100% cancellation fee for no-shows. If you arrive the day of your appointment without confirming (or without answering our confirmation call) and request to reschedule, it will also result in a 100% charge. For first-time clients, the fee can be used as a credit toward rebooking online. Second offense deposits will be forfeited and future bookings will not be permitted.
